Sublicensecontract
By accessing the Website, whether public or private side, the Sublicensee expressly and irrevocably agrees to the following Sublicense Agreement:
1. Granting of the sublicense
Noia grants, according to the existing terms of the contract, sublicenses to the provided content.
2. Private entertainment
The contents do not constitute legal and/or tax advice, but are to be understood as private entertainment.
3. Usage
The sublicensee may use the sublicenses and contents for the purpose of achieving the salvation of his own soul as private entertainment on his own responsibility.
4. Honorableness
The sublicensee shall hold the website, the contents, the domain, the name «Noia», related trusts, companies, trustees, directors, employees, beneficiaries, whatever in honor!
5. Contractually excluded actions
a) The sublicensee may not use the website, the contents, the domain, the name «Noia», associated trusts, companies, trustees, directors, employees, beneficiaries, whatever under any circumstances for the following acts, activities, either within the jurisdiction of common law, or in the jurisdiction of Roman law, or in any other jurisdiction, of whatever nature, either in positive law or in superpositive law:
- Offend
- Denounce
- Bad and/or malicious gossip
- spreading rumors and/or false allegations
- Registration in registers of any kind
- To place advertisements and to issue warning letters
b) The sublicensee may not use the website, the contents, the domain, the name «Noia», related trusts, companies, trustees, directors, employees, beneficiaries, other sublicensees, whatsoever, under any circumstances and under a penalty of 500 million USD for breach of contract, either within the jurisdiction of common law, or in the jurisdiction of Roman law, or in any other jurisdiction, of whatever nature, neither in positive law nor in super-positive law, whether oral, written, singular or plural, nor in any other way, Querulant, LGBTQ, LGBTQ+, Denier, Denier, Conspiracy Theorist, Querier, Far Right, Leftist, Terrorist, State Denier, Reichsbürger, Anti-Semite, Freeman, Sovereign People, of whatever nature, or with whatever linguistic or literal association call and/ or refer to whatever, in whatever language.
6. Term of the sublicense
The sublicense is granted for an unlimited period of time.
7. Acceptance
The Sublicensee accepts the absolute copyright of the Sublicensor in any jurisdiction and accepts that they can only be litigated in the courts agreed upon in the contract.
8. Consultation
Each sublicensee has the possibility to ask two questions about the booked sublicenses and their subject matter and to get them answered free of charge. No other free consultation will be provided.
